How do I add a quick discount to an order?*

If you want to apply a quick discount to an order, you can do this right before issuing the fiscal receipt to the customer.

You’ll need to select the Discount icon, which appears at the bottom left.

Now you can select the type of discount you want to apply:

  • On the entire order

  • On individual products

From this window, you can also select the discounts created in your admin account under Marketing — go to the Campaign section, and use the dropdown arrow to choose the type of discount you want.

For product-level discounts, you can select which of the items on the bill will receive the discount:

  • select the product

  • select the desired discount

  • then don’t forget to press the Apply button

You can customize your discount percentages from POS Menu → Settings → in the Order and receipt configuration section, click on Discount values.
