The Serving mode option allows you to add the serving type to the order receipt — Dine-in or Takeaway — if this information is essential for the staff preparing the order.
What do you need to do?
Go to the Others section in the bottom-right corner.
Open Settings.
Open the subpage for the service mode where you want the serving-mode choice to appear:
Counter Service, for counter receipts; or
Table Service, for table receipts (available only for Horeca locations).
In the Options section of that sub-page, turn on the Service mode dine-in or takeaway switch.
The two sub-pages are independent. If you want the serving-mode choice to appear on both counter and table receipts, turn on the option in both sub-pages.
The selected serving mode will be printed on the order receipt.
