To see the sales in the POS, go to Sales, which you can find at the bottom of the application.
If you have the Reports permissions enabled in the admin panel, you will have access to total sales (All sales).
The report can be viewed using the predefined intervals: Today or Shift.
The information you will find in these reports includes:
Total: the total amount of sales made by the user/all users during the selected time period.
Total sales: revenue collected for each payment method.
Sales by tags: revenue grouped by tags (e.g., bar, kitchen).
Sales by customers: sales made to specific customers.
Discounts: the discounts applied.
Voidings: the cancellations performed.
Receipts: how many receipts were issued and the average value.
Open receipts: orders that the user hasn’t closed yet (open tables).
Canceled receipts: orders that were canceled (from the admin account).
Unprinted fiscal receipts: orders that were closed but the fiscal receipt was not printed due to various reasons.
Receipt conflicts: displays conflicts that required user intervention.
You can print the report using the Print button in the top-right corner.
