The customer identifier allows you to add a number on the order receipt if you use identification items for customers who place orders and then wait for them in the location.
What do you need to do?
Access Others in the bottom-right corner, then go to Settings.
2. Open the subpage for the service mode where you want to enable the identifier:
Counter Service, for counter orders; or
Table Service, for table orders (available only for Horeca locations).
In the Options section of that subpage, turn on the Customer Identifier switch..
The two subpages are independent. If you want the identifier to appear on both counter and table receipts, you must enable it in both subpages.
3. For each order, after selecting the payment method, you will need to choose a customer identifier.
