The fiscal receipt didn’t print — how can I reissue it? *

In situations where the fiscal receipt did not print on the fiscal register, it will appear in red in the Receipts section of the POS Menu.

This usually happens when the fiscal register is not communicating properly with the Ebriza POS application.

  1. To reissue the receipt, go to the Receipts section and check whether there are any receipts displayed in red.

2. After identifying the receipt marked as “Fiscal receipt not printed,” click on Receipt Actions, then select “Reprint Receipt.”
