To assign a table to another user after you have already added products under your own user, you need to access the three dots in the bottom-left corner of the table and select the option “Move table to user.”
Important: The POS Manager has access to any table marked by any user (regardless of whether the table is green or red). See here where the POS Manager is set.
After selecting this option, you will need to choose the desired user from the list by clicking on them and then clicking Select User.
After you have selected the user, POS Manager approval will be required.
