Before connecting the printer to Ebriza, you need to make sure you’ve completed all the setup steps from the printer’s manual, and—very important—you’ve configured the label size you’re going to use.
You can do this with the Zebra Printer Setup Utility mobile app, which you can download on your phone from the App Store or Play Store, then connect to the printer via Bluetooth.
Media Settings – set the label width and length, which you’ll find on the label roll.
Change the measurement unit from inches to mm in App Settings.
IMPORTANT
The Zebra label printer is compatible with the Ebriza app on iOS, but it only works on iOS versions 16 or lower.
On Android, it works regardless of the operating system version.
After you’ve configured the printer, connect it via LAN cable to the same network as the other devices in your sales system, then link it to Ebriza:
Go to the Devices menu, then click the Add Peripheral button.
2. Select the Zebra printer from the list.
3. Wait for it to be found on the network, then add the tags and/or the halls for which you want it to print labels.
