To configure promotions, you need to have the Marketing application installed. For customer loyalty and applying a promotion to a specific customer, the Client application application is required.
Attention: A promotion is assigned to a customer when, in the administration account, at the final step of the promotion configured in the Marketing application, the option “Apply with customer loyalty” is selected, as shown in the example below:
To add a promotion for a customer in the Ebriza POS application, after marking the products, click on the three dots in the bottom-right corner and select “Add Client”.
From here, you can search for the name of the customer to whom a promotion has been assigned in the Marketing application.
Attention:
The purpose of customer loyalty promotions is that, when you search for the customer, the promotion is applied automatically, without the need to manually select it.
After selecting the customer, the final amount will be automatically reduced, and the only remaining step is to issue the fiscal receipt.
