Customers and legal entities can be saved in the customer database.
Next, we are pursuing the fastest way to save a legal person customer based on the Single Registration Fee.
Addition of the client can also be done from the Control Center (Administrative part) of the Client Application.
To add a new client, you need to click the + (Add) button.
2. To create a legal person customer, click on the tab entitled Legal person and a new modal entry will open for entering the data.
3. The fastest method is to enter the company's CUI, in which case the base information will fill in the fields automatically. Once you have written the CUI, you must click Search Company.
3.1 After identifying the company based on the CUI, the fields will auto-complete. Fields not filled in because there are no listed information can be added manually.
3.2 Address details are automatically sent. After searching the company with the Unique Registration Code, click on Save.
4. If the company is not automatically based on the CUI, you can enter the data manually. For example, we've manually added the Test client.
The company's shipping / billing address should be entered, then click OK and then Save.
If we add a single address, it will automatically be recognized as the billing and delivery address of the customer.
If the customer has different addresses, one for delivery and one for billing, you can add addresses and then delimit which one is for billing and for delivery.
