For each canceled receipt from the Orders menu item on the Control Center, a report is automatically generated, that we can print or save to a directory on the device.
If this document is lost, it can be reprinted at any time.
1. From the menu item Orders, I'm looking for the previously canceled receipt.
2. For situations where I have to search for a very old receipt, I have the option of searching for a specific order, according to different criteria: Order Number, User, Client, Payment Method, Location or Date.
Example: I want today to reprint the verbal process for a canceled receipt dated 20.12.2020. No more information about this order.
2.1. I'm looking for the receipts from 20.12.2020, I choose the date manually, set up and press on Apply.
2.2. Press the three vertical dots and select View.
2.3. After the receipt opens, you will find the report on the right.
2.4. Cancel receipt reports are generated exactly with the data from then.
