Want to export your products?
Here is what you need to do:
1. After you logged into your Ebriza Account, Go to Configuration.
2. On the right side of the Configuration page, you can see the Export Products icon. It looks like an arrow pointing down.
3. Click on that button and the system will give you the option to download the Product Report file onto your machine.
The exported file also contains the product recipes. Under each product you'll find one row for each ingredient in its recipe: the name of the goods or raw material, the SKU, the quantity in the recipe and the unit of measure. This gives you the complete recipe book for all products in a single file, without checking them one by one and without a custom report.
The two export options
The export button gives you two options:
- Export: the products, together with their recipes.
- Export detailed products: the same, plus the price without VAT, the recipe cost and the markup
Attention!
The export only includes the products shown on the screen. If you have products checked, only the checked ones are exported. If you have a filter or a search active, only its results are exported. To export all products with all their recipes, clear the checkboxes and filters before you press the button.
