Want to configure your rooms and tables? Just follow the next steps:
1. After you logged into your Ebriza Administrator Account, go to Account Settings.
2. Click on Room Configuration.
3. Click on the "+ Add Room" Button.
4. Press the three dot button, then Edit Room. Here you fill in the room's two fields: the room name and the table map format — POS Tablet or Phone. The format only sets the size of the canvas you draw the tables on (wider for a tablet, narrower for a phone), so it matches the screen you work on. If you want the map in portrait, use the Rotate room button. Please note: this field does not tie the room to a particular tablet — you are not choosing here which device shows the room.
5. Add the Table name, number of chairs and select Add Table.
6. You can also add objects, in between tables.
7. Don't forget to save your changes before you leave this page.
Rooms are configured for the location selected in Administration and are the same for every POS device connected to that location. There is no setting that assigns a room to a particular tablet, and there is no per-device "default room".
Every tablet at that location sees every room of that location. The waiter switches between them on the tablet itself.
If you have two terraces or two dining areas and you don't want the tables to mix, create one room for each space, with its own tables. Each table belongs to a single room, and orders are opened on the table in its own room.
The order in which rooms appear on the POS is the order set in Room Configuration (the Move left / Move right buttons) and it is the same on every device.
If you need the two spaces to be completely separate — separate reports, separate cash register, separate stock — then these are not rooms but two locations, which are set up and subscribed separately.
