Note: To set up alerts you'll need the Alerts App which is part of the Premium POS pack. Click here for more details.

Notifications sent through e-mail:

To make sure you have full overview of the orders, you can set an alert to be notified whenever an order has failed. In this e-mail you will see all of the products on the order that need to be verified.

When we are reffering to API order, we are talking about orders that came from external applications (website, order aggregator).

The alerts can be set up in the administration page in the Alerts application.

1. Select API Alert - API order failed

2. Add the e-mail addresses you want to be notified on and select the location.

(separate multiple email addresses with ";" )

You will receive an e-mail every time an order was not registered in Ebriza, because one or more products could not be identified by their SKU.

In the e-mail you will find the products that require verification. Either they have a different SKU code in the external application than in Ebriza or the product has not been configured in Ebriza at all.

Warning: If a single product, from an order that contains 10 products, is not recognized in Ebriza, the entire order will fail and won't be registered in Ebriza.
