How to access it:
Go to www.ebriza.com and log in.
Navigate to Menu → Reports → Profit (in the Sales Reports category).
Select the desired period.
How to sort by net profit:
Click the NET PROFIT column name — products are ordered descending, with the most profitable at the top. You can sort any column with measurable data ascending or descending by clicking its name.
For profit to be calculated correctly:
Products must be created correctly in the Nomenclature, with their selling price.
Entries (purchases) must exist for these products in the system.
Difference from the „Product Sales" report: the Product Sales report shows only sales per product for the selected period, without purchase cost or profit. For purchase cost and profit, use the Profit report.
Commercial markup: you can also see the markup per product directly from Nomenclature → Export products detailed, where the last column is the markup per product.
How many units of a product did I sell, and what did they cost me?
For each product sold in the selected period, the Profit report shows the quantity sold and the acquisition cost of that quantity. The columns are: Quantity sold, Total collected, Total discount given, Total collected without VAT, Acquisition cost without VAT and Net Profit (Net Profit = Total collected without VAT minus Acquisition cost without VAT).
For a product with a recipe (for example a cappuccino), the acquisition cost comes from the raw materials in its recipe, at their average acquisition cost. So “how many cappuccinos did I sell today, and at what cost?” is answered by that product’s row in the Profit report.
To see a single day, set the “Data” (Date) filter to that day. The report opens on “Today”. To look at one product only, use the “Produs” (Product) filter.
The Profit report is a standard report. You do not need the Insights app or a custom report. It only needs the Gestiune (Stock Management) or Gestiune Premium app, because without stock management there is no acquisition cost.
