Why do the totals in the emailed report differ from the reports in admin?

The daily report received by email (sent at the end of the working schedule) and the sales reports in the admin account are calculated exclusively based on the schedule set in the Dashboard.

If the email total differs from the total in the admin sales reports, the cause is usually the time interval:

  • The email is generated for the operating schedule set in the Dashboard.

  • If you manually run a report in admin over a different interval (e.g. a calendar day 00:00–23:59), you will get a different total.

What to check:

  1. Go to the Dashboard in the admin account.

  2. At the top, check the operating schedule; click Change schedule if it needs adjusting.

  3. Run the admin report over exactly the same time interval as the Dashboard to compare correctly.

If a day's sales don't appear at all, additionally check the POS connection (a red bar in the Ebriza POS app indicates no internet, which prevents sales from being transmitted to the server).
