Learn how to manage your restaurant availability directly from POS.
Important: Stopping or restarting the order flow for restaurants is done from the Deliveries section. You can use this option during busy periods when you want to temporarily limit incoming orders.
What you need to do to stop the order flow for specific restaurants:
Open the Deliveries section.
From the three-dot menu on the right side, select “Delivery options”.
Choose the “Snooze orders” option.
Select the restaurants where you want to temporarily stop orders.
Click “Apply” to save the changes.
To restart orders, follow the same steps and enable the desired restaurants again.

Attention! Once a restaurant is set as inactive, it will become active again only after enabling the “Accept orders” option.
Q: How can I check where the courier is for my order?
A: The courier location for delivery platforms cannot be checked from Ebriza. For information about the courier’s location, contact the delivery platform directly where the order originated.
