What you need to do:
Open the Ebriza POS in the Delivery Room.
As soon as an order is placed on your website, it will automatically appear in the POS.
In the Delivery Room, you will be able to view incoming orders and track them based on their status:
Red orders (highlighted in yellow) are newly received orders that have not yet been processed.
Blue orders have been accepted, meaning an operator has opened and confirmed the order.
Green orders have already been sent to the kitchen and are currently being prepared.
Next Step
Now that you have finished configuring the Web Orders application, you can learn more about our complete suite of delivery applications.
WooCommerce Integration
If your online ordering website uses WooCommerce, follow the same general steps described in the Configuration section above, with the following specific details:
Install the Web Orders application from the Ebriza Marketplace.
Technical integration: Your website developers can connect WooCommerce to Ebriza POS using our API technical documentation. If you have any technical issues or questions regarding the API documentation, please contact our team at dev@ebriza.com.
Configure SKUs: Set the product SKUs in Ebriza POS so that they match the product codes (SKUs) used in WooCommerce.
Once the configuration is complete, orders placed on your WooCommerce website will be automatically transferred to the Delivery Room in Ebriza POS, without the need to manually map products or enter customer information.
Important: The Web Orders integration does not support automatic synchronization of your menu or products between Ebriza POS and WooCommerce. Products must be configured manually so that they are identical on both platforms.
If you require automatic menu synchronization or custom functionality, a custom application must be developed. For more information, please contact the Ebriza team at dev@ebriza.com.
