The implementation (onboarding) session is a video meeting where an Ebriza consultant guides you step by step through setting up and using the app.
The session must be booked in advance. Once you schedule it, you receive an access link at the email you used.
It takes place on Microsoft Teams, on a laptop. Open the link on your laptop at the scheduled time to join.
The session is held on a laptop because account setup is done from the admin interface (on a computer).
You do not need AnyDesk, TeamViewer or any other remote-control software — the consultant guides you over video and does not take control of your device.
All you need is a laptop with an internet connection (for Teams and for the setup).
