The implementation (onboarding) session is a video meeting where an Ebriza consultant guides you step by step through setting up and using the app.
How do you schedule a session?
You can schedule it yourself from our booking page:
https://bookings.cloud.microsoft/book/Ebriza21@ebriza.comYou choose the day and time slot that works best for you from the available options displayed on the page and fill in your contact details.
You will automatically receive a confirmation email with the Microsoft Teams meeting link.
At the scheduled time, join the Teams meeting, where an Ebriza colleague will be waiting for you. The session is free of charge.
The session must be scheduled in advance from the booking page above — it is not held on an ad-hoc basis.
If you can't find the link, check the email address used for the booking (including the Spam folder) or contact us via chat. You can also use the chat to cancel or reschedule a session you have already booked.
