If an app or menu item doesn't appear in your Ebriza account, in most cases the app is already installed on the company's account, but the user you're logged in with doesn't have permission to access it.
Menus in Ebriza Administrator are built from the applications the current user has Read permission for, not from everything installed on the company's account. An app without permission is completely invisible to that user: it doesn't appear in the left-hand menu, and screens that depend on it may display the message "The application is not installed", along with a button that links to the Marketplace.
This message is misleading: the application is installed on the account, but your user doesn't have permission to access it.
How to check and fix it
The following steps must be performed by an account administrator (or a user with Write permission for Settings):
Go to Account Settings → Users.
Select the user who can't see the application and click Permissions.
Select the location where you want to configure permissions. Permissions are configured separately for each location, so make sure you choose the location where the user works.
Find the application's row and set it to Reading (the user can view it) or Writing (the user can view and modify it). Not allowed means the application will not appear at all for that user.
Save the changes.
Ask the user to log out and log back in. Permissions are loaded at login, so the application will not appear until they sign in again.
If the user has a role
If the user has been assigned a role, their permissions may come from that role. Also check Account Settings → Roles, open the relevant role, and grant access to the application there.
Keep in mind that when a new application is installed on the account, existing roles may not automatically receive permission for it, even if nobody changed the role. That's why a newly installed application may not appear for some users.
I can't find it in the Marketplace either
Not finding an application in the Marketplace doesn't mean you don't have it. The Marketplace only lists public applications. Some applications are included in Ebriza subscription packages or are installed by the Ebriza team, so they never appear in the Marketplace list, even for accounts where they are already installed.
Before looking for an application in the Marketplace, always check the user's permissions.
What shouldn't I do?
Don't purchase or reinstall a main subscription package (Pro, Premium, or Titanium) just because you think you've lost an application. If the application was already in your account, it's most likely still there, and buying another package will only cost you money without solving the problem.
Don't assume the application was deleted or that there's a technical issue before checking the user's permissions.
If the application has Reading or Writing permission for the correct location, the user has logged out and back in, and it still doesn't appear, contact us via chat and we'll check your account.
