To set up the products you have for sale, including goods and raw materials from recipes, you can choose between two options: quick addition or detailed addition.
For either option, you need to log in to your Ebriza account on the website and go to the menu section: Nomenclature – Products.
Quick addition:
Select the category in which you want the product to appear in the POS.
Add the product name as it will appear on the receipt.
Enter the selling price, including VAT.
Select the product's VAT group.
Choose how you sell the product:
I sell it as I buy it – This type includes goods that are resold exactly as purchased, without any modifications. Example: a bottle of Coca-Cola.
Contains recipe – This type of product includes multiple raw materials (ingredients) and requires a preparation process. Example: chicken soup containing chicken, vegetables, spices, etc.
IMPORTANT: You can only add products of type Sell as purchased or Contains recipe if you have the MANAGEMENT app installed. Otherwise, all products must be configured as type Service.
Service – This type of product does not require a recipe. Example: Eye exam, Delivery fee.
Decrease good from stock / Add raw materials in the recipe:
Deduct raw materials when configuring a product that contains a recipe.
Deduct goods when configuring a product that is sold exactly as purchased.
With this method, you can add up to 5 products per save. This quick addition is recommended for small businesses that do not require many product features.
