If you want the “account” of one of your suppliers — how much you still owe them, which invoices they have, and which ones have been paid — you can find all this information in your account, under Costs → Suppliers. You do not need to request this document from us.
Where to see each supplier’s balance?
Go to Costs → Suppliers. The list shows, for each supplier:
Supplier name
Tax ID, with the registration number underneath
Balance — how much remains to be paid to that supplier, with the amount paid and the total shown underneath
The balance is color-coded so you can see the status at a glance: green means fully paid, orange means partially paid, and red means nothing has been paid.
How to see a supplier’s invoices and which ones are paid?
Go to Costs → Suppliers.
On the row of the supplier you are interested in, click the three-dot menu on the right.
Select Supplier invoices. The invoice list opens automatically filtered by that supplier (you will see the supplier already selected as a filter in the search panel).
In the search panel, use the Payment status filter, which has two values: Paid and Unpaid. This lets you separate the invoices you have already paid from those you still need to pay.
For each row, the Balance column shows the same information through color, while the Due date column is color-coded according to how close the payment deadline is.
How to see payments made to a supplier?
From the same three-dot menu, select Pay supplier. There you can see all payments recorded for that supplier — invoice number, date, amount paid out of the total, payment type, document, and whether the payment was entered in the cash register — and you can also add a new payment from there. This is the closest thing to an actual supplier statement if you need to see the payment history, not just the list of invoices.
If you make a payment that covers several invoices, enter the total amount paid and Ebriza automatically allocates it to the invoices in chronological order. See also the article “Mark invoices as paid”.
What else you can find in the three-dot menu?
The three-dot menu on a supplier’s row has four options: Edit (supplier details), Supplier invoices, Pay supplier, and Delete.
If you work with multiple locations
By default, the displayed balance is the balance for the location you are currently viewing. In the Suppliers search panel, you have the “Show balance from all locations” toggle if you want to see the combined balance.
Good to know!
There is no separate screen called “Supplier statement” and no PDF export of an account statement for a supplier. The information is available through the steps above.
The Supplier invoices option is available only if the user you are logged in with has read access to Costs → Invoices. If you do not see the option, check the permissions under Settings → Users → Permissions.
You need to have the supplier in the list in order to see their balance. See the article “How do I add a supplier?”.
Be careful not to confuse these
This article is about your suppliers, in your account. If you need your company’s account statement in relation to Ebriza Software (invoices issued by Ebriza to you, payments received, and your balance), that is a different document and must be requested from us — see the article “Customer statement / account statement with Ebriza”.
