A voucher is not a separate promotion. It is the way you trigger an already configured promotion: the customer gives you a number, you enter it in the POS, and the promotion is applied to the current receipt.
Usage
Vouchers are used when you want the discount to be available only to those who have received a code — a printed campaign, a gift code, or compensation for an unhappy customer.
Configuration
Go to Marketing and click +.
Under Details, choose the location and promotion type. Vouchers work with Volume Discount, Product Discount, and Order Discount.
Complete the validity period, target, and benefit.
In the last step, Loyalty, select Apply with voucher.
In the field below, enter the voucher numbers and save.

Vouchers are numbers, not text. They are entered as ranges or comma-separated numbers, in the format 1-100,150-160,190. This example creates 111 vouchers: from 1 to 100, from 150 to 160, plus number 190. Codes such as VARA2026 cannot be used.
The Bonus promotion type does not support vouchers. For Bonus, the only option under Loyalty is Apply automatically. If you want to offer a free product with a voucher, create a Product Discount promotion with a 100% benefit on the respective product.
Applying a voucher in the POS
Ebriza POS NEXT: select the products, click the Discount icon in the bottom-left corner, go to the Campaign section, and enter the voucher number.
Ebriza POS (old version): before issuing the receipt, enter the voucher number under Loyalty/Promotions.
A voucher can only be used once
After a number has been used on a receipt, it is marked as validated and cannot be used again. If you deactivate a promotion that still has unused vouchers, the application will warn you.
A voucher does not have a balance. You cannot create a 150 RON gift voucher that decreases as the customer makes purchases. The voucher triggers the promotion it is linked to once — whatever the customer consumes afterward is not deducted from any balance.
For 5 free drinks, create 5 voucher numbers linked to a promotion that gives 100% off the respective drink, or offer the products and deduct them from stock using a consumption receipt.
Promotions are percentage-based only
The benefit is expressed as a percentage, not in RON. If you need a fixed-amount discount in RON, apply it directly from the POS as a quick discount on the order or product, where you can choose between a percentage and a fixed amount.
