The availability of a product refers to the locations where this product can be sold.
To set the availability of a product, you have two options:
1. From the Product List
Log in to the admin account and go to the Products section in the Configuration
Search for the product you want to modify the availability for in the product list. (You can search using the magnifying glass on the right.)
Once you find the product, click on the three dots next to it, then click on Edit.
You will be redirected to the detailed product editing page, where on the right side, you will see the field for Availability.
Example: The company has two locations - Location 1 and Location 2. The product for sale - Carbonara Pasta. The product is only sold at Location 1. In the product configuration under Availability, select Location 1, so it will appear in the POS only for Location 1.
Don't forget to save the changes and synchronize with the POS.
2. From Product Display
Log in to the admin account and go to the Product Display section in the Configuration.
Here, when you enter a category, if a product is unavailable at one or more locations, it will appear as such.
By clicking on this product, you will be redirected to the detailed editing page, where you can modify the availability.
