A preferential price means you can set up prices differently in your locations where you want to sell a certain product.
In order to set the Preferencial Price, follow the next steps:
After you logged into your Ebriza Account, go to Configuration.
Select the desired product. On the right side of the product, you have the three dot button. Click on that button.
Click on Edit.
You are now on the Product Page, and you can see where you have the Preferential Price option.
When selecting the Preferential Price page, you will also need to select the location and the starting date when you want to have this new price applied.
When done editing, click on Save.
How to schedule a price change in advance (a price that takes effect on a selected date)
Yes. New prices can be entered in advance and will automatically take effect on the day you choose — for example, starting September 1. Each row in the Location price section has three fields: Location, Price + VAT, and From date.
Go to Product Catalog → Products and open the product (three dots → Edit).
In the Location price section, click + Add preferential price.
Select the location, enter the new price in Price + VAT, and set the date from which you want it to apply in From date.
Click Save.
Until the selected date, the product will continue to be sold at its regular price (the Price field). From that date onward, the POS will automatically use the price from the Location price row. You do not need to log into the account or change anything on the tablets on that day — the switch happens automatically.
Good to know
If you do not fill in From date, the price in the Location price row will apply immediately when the product is saved.
The From date calendar does not allow a date in the past: you can select the current date or a future date.
Only one row can be added for each location; the same location cannot appear twice.
There is only a start date, not an end date. The price remains active until you change it or delete the row (the x button at the end of the row).
The price is entered including VAT (the Price + VAT column).
The product's base price (the Price field) always applies immediately, so the new price should be added to the dated Location price row, not entered over the base price.
Scheduling is done separately for each product. Bulk editing only changes the base price of the selected products;
