The Alerts application helps you stay informed about what is happening in your company.

You can set alerts if you want to know when a certain stock is low, if an API order has failed, if there are fraudulent activities, or if you want to be informed when your orders change status.

When you set an alert in Ebriza, each time it is triggered, you will be notified via email.

Note: The Alerts application is part of the Premium POS Package.

All you need to do is choose the desired alert type, add your email address, and then, depending on the chosen alert, select when you want the alert to be triggered. Additionally, you have the option to choose one or more locations from which to receive alerts.

  • Add the email address where you want to receive the alerts.

  • Select the locations from which to read the information.

  • For the Low Stock Value alert type - search for the item and enter the minimum quantity from which you want to receive alerts; for the Item Modification alert type, you only need to enter the item for which you want to receive alerts.

  • For details regarding Failed API Order alerts and New Products Saved via API alerts, click here.

  • For details regarding potential fraudulent activities, there are Anti-Fraud alerts. These alerts depend on the installation of the Anti-Fraud application. If this application is not installed and you want to set an alert, the following window will appear.

[tags: alerts application, failed api order, new products saved via api, alerts for orders not coming from external integrations, external integration order errors, sales alerts, low stock value, item modification, periodic email with sales]
