Install new applications on your Ebriza Account

Ebriza Marketplace

Written by Andrei

Before installing an app (new section at the top of article 1789889):

To install any Marketplace app, you must first have one of the 3 main Ebriza subscriptions installed: Pro, Premium, or Titanium. If you try to install an app and get the error 'you need to have a main subscription installed', go to the Marketplace, install one of the 3 main subscriptions, and then return to the app you want.

See the article Ebriza Subscriptions: Pro, Premium, and Titanium for details on each.

Log in into your Ebriza account.

On the left side of the page, you will find the Marketplace section.

Here you will find the applications you can install yourself, organized into categories to make it easier to find what your business needs: Start, Add-ons, and Integrations. Not every Ebriza application is listed here. Some are included in the main subscription packages or are installed by the Ebriza team, so if you can't find an application in the Marketplace, it doesn't necessarily mean it isn't already available in your account.

Note: You have the option of estimating costs on the apps that you want to purchase by using our automatic calculator. All you have to do is to click on Estimate cost that appears when you hover over one app and the calculator will appear on the left side.

To install an application, all you have to do is to click on the app of your choice, then click on Install. For each app we have written a helping article with more information about how to use it and its functionalities.

Installing apps in Ebriza is done EXCLUSIVELY by card.

If you haven't registered a credit card in your account just yet, you will have to can enter your credit card information.

After you validate your card, you will need to accept the terms & conditions in order to install the application.

Once installed, all your active application will be displayed on the left side.

I can't find an app in the Marketplace or in my account

If an app doesn't appear in your account, first check the permissions of the user you are logged in with—don't install or purchase anything. An app that is installed for the company is invisible to a user who doesn't have permission to access it, and screens that depend on it may display the message "The application is not installed". An administrator can enable access by going to Account Settings → Users → Permissions, selecting the correct location, and granting the appropriate permission. The user must then log out and log back in for the change to take effect. For more information, see the article "I can't find an app in my account (even though it's installed)".

Note:

The Marketplace is used only for installing applications — there is no uninstall option there. To uninstall an application, go to Account Settings → Billing (see the article "Uninstalling applications"). Exception: the three main subscription packages (Pro, Premium, Titanium) cannot be uninstalled at all — if you want to change your package, install the desired package from the Marketplace over the current one.
