How do I add a promotion to a POS client?

To set up promotions, you need to have the Marketing application installed, and to build customer loyalty and apply a promotion for it, you need the Client application.

Warning: A customer is assigned a promotion when, in the administration account, at the last step of the promotion configured in the Marketing application, the apply with customer loyalty option has been checked, as in the following example:

To add a promotion for a customer in the Ebriza POS application, after you have marked the products, you can click on the icon with the little man to the left of the total:

Or access Loyalty/Promotions from Order Options:

A window will open from which you must choose Loyalty.

From here you can search for the name of the customer who has been assigned a promotion in the Marketing application.

Warning:

The purpose of customer loyalty promotions is that when you search for the customer, the promotion applies automatically and you no longer have to manually select the promotion.

Once you have selected the client, the final amount will be automatically reduced and all you have to do is issue the tax receipt.
