To see sales from POS, you have to go to the Menu, which you can find in the upper left, from the four-line button.
From here you can access Sales.
A new window will open where you will see Sales Username (the user you are logged in to) and below All sales.
If you have permissions set for Reports on the administration side, you will have access to total sales (All Sales).
The report can be viewed at certain time intervals:
Or on a manually set interval by clicking on the time/date in the middle of the page, above.
The information you will find in these reports is:
Total - the total amount of sales made by the user / all users for the selected time period
Total sales - receipts made on each payment method
Tag sales - receipts made on tags (e.g. bar sales, kitchen)
Client sales - sales made to certain customers
Discounts - discounts granted
Voids - voided products
Bills - how many bills were issued and the average value
Open bills - orders that the user have not been closed (open tables)
Canceled bills - orders that have been canceled (from the administration account)
Fiscal bills not printed - orders that were closed but the receipt was not printed on the tax printer for various reasons
Bill Conflicts - displays conflicts that required user input
You can print the report from the top right button with a printer icon.
