If you need to issue an invoice from Ebriza POS and the customer does not exist in your database, you will need to create them.
Note: Saving customers in the database is done through the Customers application, which is part of the POS Premium package. Click here for more details about this package.
You have three options to create a new customer in POS:
From Receipts, long press on the receipt for which you want to issue the invoice, choose Send Invoice by Email or Print Invoice. A modal will open, where you can select the customer or add a new one. From here, all you need to do is click on the + icon.
After marking the products on the table, go to Order Options and click on Loyalty / Promotions.
Click on the icon with a little person, at the top left of the order total, then choose Loyalty.
Here, you will need to add the new customer's details, whether they are an individual or you can search by VAT number (CUI) if it is a company.
Click Save and you're done.

Q: Where is the little-person (client/loyalty) icon in the POS?
The little-person icon is in the top-right corner of the screen, positioned to the left of the order total. Tap it to add a customer, apply a VAT number (CUI) on the receipt, or open Loyalty.
Q: How do I change a customer's e-mail address from the tablet?
While marking the order, tap the little-person icon (top-right corner of the screen). Search for the customer by entering at least 3 characters of the name or the phone number. Press and hold on the customer's name until the customer-details window opens, edit the e-mail address, and tap Save.
Q: Can I issue a fiscal receipt with a VAT number (company details) without the products appearing in detail?
No. The marked products appear automatically on the fiscal receipt; there is no option to hide the products, even if you added the customer's VAT number (CUI). The fiscal receipt format is regulated by law and cannot be changed.
