Adding a new customer in POS

If you need to issue an invoice from Ebriza POS and the customer does not exist in your database, you will need to create them.

Note: Saving customers in the database is done through the Customers application, which is part of the POS Premium package. Click here for more details about this package.

You have three options to create a new customer in POS:

  1. From Receipts, long press on the receipt for which you want to issue the invoice, choose Send Invoice by Email or Print Invoice. A modal will open, where you can select the customer or add a new one. From here, all you need to do is click on the + icon.

  2. After marking the products on the table, go to Order Options and click on Loyalty / Promotions.

  3. Click on the icon with a little person, at the top left of the order total, then choose Loyalty.

Here, you will need to add the new customer's details, whether they are an individual or you can search by VAT number (CUI) if it is a company.

Click Save and you're done.
