The delivery room is used for orders coming from outside Ebriza, by phone, or through a website/delivery application.
The delivery room will be created automatically when the first external order arrives in Ebriza, through one of the Bolt Food, Glovo, Wolt, Gloria Food applications, web orders, phone orders.
It can be found by swiping to the left on the tablet screen.
Integration with Ebriza is done via API.
DESCRIPTION:
Once the order has been placed in the delivery room, it will be displayed in this form:
Order status - displays order status: new, accepted, in preparation.
Provider - displays the source through which the order was received (Bolt Food, Glovo, Wolt, Deliverect, Goria Food, manually added, phone orders, etc.).
Delivery - displays the order number and delivery time.
Client - displays the customer and delivery address of the order name.
Value - displays the order total.
Payment - displays the payment method.
User - displays the name of the user who picked up/marked the order.
Orders that have not yet been taken appear on an orange background.
If the customer is not registered in Ebriza, the phone number will appear (if the order comes through the application of phone orders), after which you had the phone number and information about the customer is added.
USAGE:
1. Add manual oder
A. Manual addition is done from the + Add button, on the right side, at the top:
B. After selecting +Add, you will need to mark the desired products in the POS:
C. The next step is to enter the customer assigned to the order. You can search for it if it is in the database or create the + button.
If you want to edit the customer's data, press Edit and if you want to delete and add another customer to that order, press the X button and add another customer.
If there are two addresses in the database for that customer, the address to which the order is to be delivered will be checked on the right. You can also change it from here.
D. The next step is to choose the payment method desired by your customer. The payment method is chosen on the receipt: tap the three dots in the bottom-left corner, select “Payment options”, and then the method you need. For an order from a delivery platform that you record manually (Glovo, Bolt Food, Wolt) and that the platform settles by bank, choose “Bank transfer”, not “Cash”.
E. To confirm the order, you must select one of the three options: Send for preparation, Issue Fiscal Receipt, or Save order. If you select Save order, it will not be sent to the order printers or the kitchen display screen. If you select Send for preparation, the order will be sent to the order printers or the kitchen display screen.
If you select Issue Fiscal Receipt, the order will be sent to the order printers or the kitchen display screen, and the fiscal receipt will be issued, and the order will be closed.
2.Order already registered in the delivery room
A. As the first step, click on the order you want to confirm.
If you have an integration with the delivery platform, the order arrives in Ebriza with the payment method already chosen by the customer in the platform’s app. You do not have to select any payment method: you press “Issue Fiscal Receipt” directly. The payment method selection described in point 1 applies only to orders that you type into Ebriza yourself.
3.Future orders
If orders are received for a later date or for delivery in a few hours, you have the option to save that order as a future order. In this situation, a button will appear to view future orders. These orders can only be saved at the time of receipt and later sent for preparation when you deem it time for the chef to start preparing the order.
Next step: Now that you've seen the delivery room, you can read more about our own dedicated delivery app.
After you issue the fiscal receipt, the order moves from the delivery area to the “Paid Orders” screen (the “Show only paid orders” button). From here, you can change the status of an order that has already been paid: click the order and select the desired status. The status of each order is displayed on its row.
“Picked Up” status
The “Picked Up” status confirms that a customer personally collected the order from the location. It must be marked ON THE SPOT, at the moment the order is handed over to the customer, and applies STRICTLY to customer pickup orders. For orders collected by the delivery platform's courier, you do not check anything in POS — the courier records the pickup in the platform's application. Issuing the fiscal receipt does not mark the order as picked up: when the receipt is issued, only the “Ready for Pickup” status is sent to the platform, meaning “the order is ready to be picked up”.
What cannot be done on this screen
The “Paid Orders” screen does not have filtering or sorting by status: the only available filter is the source filter (for example, “Source: bolt”). You cannot display only orders that have not been marked as “Picked Up”, and you cannot mark multiple orders at once — the status must be set one order at a time. In addition, the screen only displays recent orders, so an order that was left unmarked several days ago will no longer appear in the list and cannot be corrected from POS. If you have many unmarked orders, the only solution is to mark them as “Picked Up” when handing them over from now on; for orders that have already passed and for questions regarding their settlement, contact your team or your account manager on the respective platform.
