Want to add your Credit Card? No problem!
Afer logging into your Ebriza account, just follow these next steps:
1. Go to Account Settings.
2. The Billing tab will be the first one to open.
3. From there, scroll down and you will find Payment Details, where you will be able to click on the Add/Change Card Button.
The card form shows a browser error or does not load
The form where you enter your card details is the bank's secure page. If it won't let you add or change your card (the button does nothing, the form doesn't open, doesn't load, or a message says the browser is not supported), the most common cause is the browser. Payments in Ebriza don't work from the Safari browser (not on Mac, iPhone or iPad). On iPhone and iPad no browser works, not even Google Chrome. Use a laptop or PC (or an Android phone) with Google Chrome, in an incognito window:
Open Google Chrome and an incognito window: Ctrl+Shift+N on Windows, Command+Shift+N on Mac. On your phone, choose "New incognito tab" from the Chrome menu.
Log in to your Ebriza account in the incognito window.
Go back to Account Settings, then Billing, the Payment details section, and add or change your card.
On an Android phone, choose "New incognito tab" from the Chrome menu.
