How do I cancel a delivery order?

To cancel an order from the delivery room, just follow the steps below:

1. From the POS, select the Delivery room:

2. - Pick the order you want to cancel. You need to click on the Option button, the cirle with 3 points inside.

3. - Select the Void button from the top of the page or the Cancel Order, if you want to void all the products.

If you want to partially void the bill, select the products that need to be canceled, so that they can move over to the canceled products section.

4. - Click on Save button and exit the table then. All you need to do now it to Save Delivery.
