Want to switch to a secondary location? No problem! Follow these steps:
1. When logged into your Ebriza Account, at the top of the page, you have the location name.
2. Click on the location name and a drop down will show up and you will be able to change your location.
Note: The location selector in the administration account displays all of the company’s work locations, regardless of the user’s permissions. If a location does not appear in the list at all, it means that it is not saved on the account, not that you are missing permissions for it; see the article Add work locations. If you have just added it from another browser or device, refresh the page (F5).

Attention: the rule above applies only to the administration account, in the browser. On the tablet, it is exactly the opposite: the “Choose a location” screen, displayed when logging in to the POS application, IS filtered by permissions and shows only the work locations for which the logged-in user has POS access with Write permission. Therefore, if a work location is missing on the tablet, the cause is that the user does not have the required permission for that location, not the device and not the fact that the location is missing from the account. If the location appears in the list, but after selecting it the account takes you back to the previous location — or you receive the Access denied message — it means that you do not have permissions for that location. Attention: in most cases, no error message is displayed; you are simply taken back to the previous location.
Adding a new location does not automatically grant access to any user, so permissions must be explicitly configured for a newly created location. Click here to learn how to set permissions for locations. After the permissions have been saved, the user must log out and log back in, because permissions are loaded during authentication.
