Where can I select the Protocol reset time range?

Written by Andrei

If you want to select how often to reset the Protocol, here is how you can do that:

1. After signing into your Ebriza Account, go to Account Settings:

2. Go to Company Settings.

3. Under POS Settings, you will see Protocol Reset Interval. From there, you can select Monthly, Two Weeks or Weekly. This will represent the time frame for the Protocol reset.

4. When finished, click on Save.

When the Reset Actually Happens

The reset is anchored to the 1st day of the month; it is not a period counted from the last reset.

  • Monthly: the protocol resets on the 1st of each month.

  • Every Two Weeks: on the 1st and 15th of the month.

  • Weekly: on the 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd of the month. The last interval of the month is therefore longer, 9 or 10 days rather than exactly 7.

When the reset occurs, the available amount returns to the limit set for each user. Consumption made before the reset remains recorded in the orders that have already been closed.
