With the Anti Fraud application you now have full control over everything that happens in your POS.
Paired with the Alerts application you will be notified in real time when your employees try to scam you. All you need to do is to select the alert type you want and input your e-mail address. Once that specific action is made in the POS, Ebriza will send an e-mail to you with the user, the type of action and a link where you can see the entire history of that specific table.
Once you access the Anti Fraud application, you will be greeted by the following screen:
Dashboard - A quick Dashboard showing you the type of actions and the users that triggered the alerts
Date - The time at which the actions took place
User - The user
User action - The types of alerts that have been triggered
Context - The number/name of the table where the action occurred
Details - You can see what product was marked, the price, the quantity, the receipt number
Device - The IP address of the device used by the user
Info button - When you press this button you will see the entire history of that specific table
Toggle button - Switch between "Only show alerts" (if they have been generated) and "Show all" (the entire history)
If you click on the link that is generated in the e-mail or if you click on the Info button, you will see the next view:
Bill opened - The user opened the table
Bill Item Added - The user added a product on the table
Bill Item Removed - The user removed a product from the table
Item Removed From Bill - The above action triggered an alert and an e-mail was sent to you
Bill Closed - The user closed the table
The product(s) that were added/removed
Details about the action - 7 seconds between adding and removing the product; the table used; the product; the price.
