A user's details can only be modified from Ebriza Admin (the web application, accessed through a browser). The POS application on the tablet does not have a Users screen, regardless of the app version.
Want to change a user`s Phone Number?
This will be easy and fast! Just follow de below steps:
Log in the Administration part in Ebriza with the user account which has administrative rights (only an user that has permissions to the account settings can make the changes).
In Admin (the web application), from the Menu, select Account Settings, then go to the Users page.
Click on the user you want to make the changes and go to the 3 dots from the right side.
Click on that and then select Edit.
The user`s information page will open and now you will be able to change/add the Phone Number.
The phone number can be used for activating the account or logging in.
When you are finished, just click Save so that the changes to apply.
Also, you can change the phone number of the user from the Profile Details, on the Administrative part. This option is available on the top-right of the page, clicking on the user's name.
