A user's name can only be changed from Ebriza Admin (the web application, accessed through a browser). The POS application on the tablet does not have a Users screen, regardless of the app version, so the change cannot be made from the tablet.
Want to change a User`s Name?
This will be easy and fast! Just follow de below steps:
ATTENTION: This can be done only from users that have permissions in the Administration part.
In Admin (the web application), select Account Settings from the Menu, then go to the Users page.
Select the user you want to make changes to and click on the 3 buttons from the right, and click Edit.
From here you can edit the User Name as well as other details.
Click Save and you are all set.
Also, you can change the name of the user from the Profile Details, on the Administrative part. This option is available on the top-right of the page, clicking on the user's name.
