Want to log out of your account? Easy!
Just follow the next steps:
On the lower left side of your screen, you have the log off button named "Logout". Once you click that button, your account will be logged off, and you can sign back in with a different company or username.
Why am I logged out automatically, and how long does the session last?
Besides logging out manually with the Logout button, the Ebriza administration account (ebriza.com) also logs you out automatically, for security reasons:
The session expires after about 24 hours (one day) without activity in the account.
While you are using the account, the session renews itself. If you work in the account every day, you will not be logged out.
If you fully close the browser (all of its windows), you are logged out immediately, even if 24 hours have not passed. If you do not want to log in again, leave the browser open.
The session length is fixed in the application. It cannot be extended or turned off by the account administrator or by Ebriza support, and there is no “remember me” option. After you are logged out, log in again with your company shorthand, username, and password.
