To be constantly informed about sales in your company, Ebriza helps you with a new functionality: daily e-mail with your sales.
These e-mails will be sent to you one hour after closing time of your business.
Even if you have not set it up, you will receive a general sales e-mail. If you want to see it on certain locations only, you need to set the periodic sales e-mail alert.
1. To set up your sales e-mail, you need to have the Alerts app installed. You can install it from Marketplace, from the administration part of your account.
2. To add this alert, you must press the + button, located at the top right.
3. Select Periodic sales email from the list. Click the Add button.
4. Enter a valid e-mail address where you want to receive this information.
Select the locations for which you want to receive the sales e-mail (if you have multiple locations and want to be notified for only a part of them).
The e-mail will be generated one hour after closing time. You can also set the working hours directly from the alert.
5. Another way of setting the working hours, is to go to the Account Settings menu item, then go to the Company Settings tab.
From General Settings you can see your company's current working hours and change it.
Also, it is possible to change the company working hours from Dashboard too.
