By using the Order Queue Screen you can keep your customers constantly informed on the status of their order. They will see when their order is in preparation and they will see when it is completed.
The Order Queue Screen will be accessed from within the Ebriza POS application. Therefore, you will need a device that can run the POS application (i.e. a Windows PC running Windows 10 on 64 bit).
To use the Order Queue Screen, you will first have to install the Kitchen Display Screen and Order Queue Screen applications from Ebriza Marketplace.
Within the Order Queue Screen configuration you will see the following screen:
Background Image -Choose a background image to display on the Order Queue Screen
Minimalist Aspect - Show the Order Queue Screen with minimum detail, to save on resources
Display time - Show the time duration from when the order was received
Display Pop-up Time (in Seconds) - How many seconds you want the "Order completed" pop-up to remain on screen
Display Time In List (in Seconds) - How many seconds you want the completed orders to remain in the list
Once you start preparing an order, or you have completed one (in the Kitchen Display Screen) the customer will see one of the following statuses for their order:
