FoodPanda application is an integration with the FoodPanda platform that allows you to take over and manage your foodpanda orders directly from your Ebriza POS, without having to use the foodpanda tablet.

INTEGRATION:

There are 2 possibilities to integrate orders from foodpanda:

  1. Indirect - The order placed by the customer arrives on the foodpanda tablet. Order management is done from the foodpanda tablet (confirmation of receipt, setting delivery time, sending for delivery). After processing the order, it is possible to send the details of that order (products, customer data) to a POS, in order to issue the receipt.

  2. Direct - The order placed by the customer reaches the POS directly. Order management is done from POS (receipt confirmation, delivery time setting). After confirming the order from the POS and setting the delivery time, the POS will send this data back to foodpanda, which will notify the customer about the delivery time.

Ebriza uses the second type of integration, direct integration.

There are also 2 possibilities to deliver the order to the customer:

  1. Delivered by foodpanda couriers - When the order is ready, the foodpanda courier must be notified manually from the foodpanda tablet that it has an order to pick up and deliver. After this step, the order in the foodpanda is considered complete and is saved as delivered, no additional steps are needed to follow on the foodpanda tablet.

  2. Delivered through own deliveries - After issuing the receipt from Ebriza, from Delivery room, go to the option "Show only paid bills", click on the order and change the status to "Delivery in progress" / "Delivery completed". At this point, the notification is automatically sent to the foodpanda, which will notify the customer that his products are on the way.

CONFIGURATION:

  1. Create an account on the foodpanda site.

  2. Install the FoodPanda app from Ebriza Marketplace.

  3. Access the newly installed application (you will see it on the left).

  4. Click on the "Service Integration" button (top right).

  5. Send to us and to the Foodpanda contact person the "Customer ID" from the last row.

6. Contact the person from FoodPanda and send them a list of products and SKU's related to the products sold on foodpanda, in order to make the connection between the accounts.

Note: You can export your entire Configuration in one click.

USE:

  1. Open Ebriza POS at the Delivery room

  2. As soon as an order is placed on FoodPanda, it will appear directly in the POS

In the delivery room you will be able to see the orders received and you will be able to follow them according to the status:

  • The blue ones were accepted, ie the operator entered the order and confirmed it.

  • The red ones (and highlighted in yellow) are the newly entered orders, which have not yet been processed.

  • The green ones have already been sent to the kitchen and are being prepared.

3. When the order is ready for delivery, click on the "Show only paid bills" button and click on the order that has just been completed. From here you will choose the new status of the order "In delivery" / "Delivery finished"

Note: In order to use our application, you must have a contractual agreement with FoodPanda in advance.

Next step

We recommend using the Alerts app in concurrent with the FoodPanda app, especially the "API order failed" and "New products saved through API" options to be notified on email if an order couldn't be sent to Ebriza or a order contains a product that is not configured in the Configuration and requires a check.
