The condition for an order, received from an external system, to be successful in Ebriza POS is for the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) in the external system to be identical with the one in Ebriza.

When we say external system in this article we are talking about an ordering software, such as GloriaFood.

To avoid the loss of any order, you need to make sure to configure the settings and products as described below.

CONFIGURATION:

  1. Create an account on GloriaFood.

  2. Install GloriaFood app from the Ebriza Marketplace.

  3. Access GloriaFood application from your Ebriza account, click on "Service Integration" and copy the code you will find in "Client ID".

4. Access the account created on GloriaFood and open the Enabled integration tab from the menu. In this window, insert the Client ID above in the Server Key field, and at the Endpoint URL enter the following link:

5. Product configuration:

From GloriaFood account, Menu setup tab, add all products.

Example: After creating the Category "Pizza", add the product Pizza Margherita with two sizes: Small and Large, each with a different value.

To create the products in Ebriza go to Configuration menu. For each size option you need to create a separate product like so:

Name of the product + size: Pizza Margherita Small & Pizza Margherita Large

In the right side of the GloriaFood page, there is the Choices & Addons menu. For these items, combine the Group name and the choice name to create the products in Ebriza:

Example:

Group name + choice name

- Crust Crispy

- Extra Toppings (Small) Corn

- Extra Toppings (Large) Mozzarella

Important! Make sure to enter the same name and price in both Ebriza and Gloria Food.

If you already have the ingredients configured in Ebriza and you do not want to double them, you can add a preferential SKU just for GloriaFood.
To do this, you must go to the Configuration, choose the Quick Edit option. Search the desired product / product category.

Once you've identified the products to which you want to set a preferential SKU, you need to change the type of external aggregator in Gloria Food and pass the correct SKU.
You will pass the name of the Gloria Food category + the name of the extra ingredient - Extra Ingredients (Small) Corn.

  • If you also charge shipping cost, you need to set it from Gloria Food.

!!! So that delivery-charged orders get into Ebriza, you need to create a product in the Ebriza Configuration, called DELIVERY_FEE. This product must have the same price as the delivery cost configured in Gloria Food.

USE:

  1. Open Ebriza POS at the Delivery room

  2. When you receive an order you will have to accept it from GloriaFood application to receive orders.

  3. After accepting it, the order will appear in your POS with all the necessary details.

In the delivery room you will be able to see the orders received and you will be able to follow them according to the status:

  • The red ones (and highlighted in yellow) are the newly entered orders, which have not yet been processed.

  • The blue ones were accepted, ie the operator entered the order and confirmed it.

  • The green ones have already been sent to the kitchen and are being prepared.

Note: In order to use our application, you must have a contractual agreement with GloriaFood in advance.

To send orders to Ebriza, it is necessary to use the GloriaFood application to confirm the order.

Next step

We recommend using the Alerts app in concurrent with the GloriaFood app, especially the "API order failed" and "New products saved through API" options to be notified on email if an order couldn't be sent to Ebriza or a order contains a product that is not configured in the Configuration and requires a check.
