How to integrate your website with Ebriza

By installing the Web Ordering app in Ebriza, you can integrate your online-ordering website in your Ebriza account.

Through this application, the online orders from your website will be automatically transferred in the Ebriza POS. In that way, you will no longer have to mark the orders manually or to add the client's info manually, like the name, phone number and delivery address.

CONFIGURATION:

  1. Install the Web Ordering app from the Ebriza Marketplace.

  2. Integrate your website with Ebriza

    Your website developers can link your website to Ebriza by following this article.

  3. Setup your product SKU's so that they are the same as the products' codes from your website.

USAGE

  1. Open your Ebriza POS at the delivery room.

  2. The delivery room will appear once an order from your website is sent, it will appear directly in your POS if the integration was completed.

    In the delivery room you will be able to see the orders received and you will be able to follow them according to the status

  • The blue ones were accepted, ie the operator entered the order and confirmed it.

  • The red ones (and highlighted in yellow) are the newly entered orders, which have not yet been processed.

  • The green ones have already been sent to the kitchen and are being prepared.

3. When the order is ready for delivery, click on the "Show only paid bills" button and click on the order that has just been completed. From here you will choose the new status of the order "In delivery" / "Delivery finished"
