NOTE: Before reinstalling the application, we need to make sure that the tax receipts have been issued and that the orders have reached the server (a sales report can be viewed from the administration side).

To completely reinstall the Ebriza application on a computer, you need to go through the following steps:

WINDOWS:

Uninstall the application from Control Panel (Windows 7) or Settings (Windows 10).

2. Access My Computer (Windows 7) or This PC (Windows 10).

3. We make sure that hidden files and folders are made visible.

4. Go to partition C: -> Users -> the user set on the computer -> App Data (hidden folder) -> Roaming -> and delete the folder named "ebrizapos".

5. We open the Ebriza Installer (or download it again from the Ebriza account on ebriza.com, POS section).

6. Select POS and enter your login credentials when the POS window appears.

MAC:

Access the Applications folder, right-click on the EbrizaPOS and select "Move to bin" to uninstall the application.

2. Go to Users -> Shared -> and delete the EbrizaPOS folder (or search for it in Search).

3. Open Ebriza Installer (or download it again from the Ebriza account on ebriza.com, POS section).

4. Select POS and enter your login credentials when the POS window appears.
