To import a list of products into your Ebriza account, please follow these steps:

1. After logging in to your Ebriza administration account, go to the Nomenclature menu point in the left menu.

2. On the right side of the Nomenclature header, you will see the Import Products button. It is the upwards arrow. Click on it.

3. A window will open where you can download a template with the format under which the table must be configured to be imported. Click on "Download template" (to import products without recipes) or "Download template (+ stocks)" (if you have the Management application and want to import stocks and recipes related to the products in the nomenclature).

4. Open the downloaded file and replace the examples in the table with your products.

The first template ("Download template"): below you will find the explanations for what each column means and wha you need to fill it with.

Attention: the fields with the product type and the unit of measurement will also be completed in English, exactly as in the model.

CategoryName: The name of the category to which you want the product to belong.

ProductName: The name of the product. Important: The product name must be unique. You cannot have multiple products with the same name.

ProductSKU: Unique item code. For more details about the SKU codes of the products click here.

ProductPrice + VAT: Product price + VAT (the price at which you sell the product)

ProductVAT%: Percentage of VAT applied to the product

ProductType (Good, FinitProduct, Service, FixedAssets, Other)

ProductUnitQuantity: The unit quantity of the product ("1" must be entered here for all products)

ProductMU (PC, BOX, KG, G, L, ML): Unit of measurement (UM) of the product (PC, KG, G, L, ML). Attention: the unit of measurement here must be PC (pieces, ie in PCS = piece); if any other unit then piece is added, the item will not be considered a finite product.

ProductTags (tag1, tag2): Product tag (s); for more details about them, click here.

ProductImageName: The name of the product image; if you have images with your products and you want them to appear in the display on the Ebriza POS application, put the name of the image here (eg image.jpg); for more details on how to upload images for products click here.

ProductUnitQuantityDescription: Description of the unit quantity of the product (optional) *

ProductShortDescription: Short product description (optional) *

ProductDescription: Product description (optional) *

* Descriptions will only appear in your online store created through the Online Orders application (for more information on this, click here)

The second template will contain, in addition to the above columns, the following columns related to Management stocks:

Attention: the fields with the type of stock and the unit of measurement will be filled in in English, just like in the model.

StockName: The name of the stock

StockName: The name of the stock

StockSKU: Unique stock code

RecipeQuantity: The quantity of raw material or goods in the recipe (if the product is configured as "contains a recipe" - raw material or "sell it as I buy it" - goods)

StockType (Good, RawMaterial, Package, Consumable)

StockUnitQuantity: The unit quantity of stock

StockMU (PC, BOX, KG, G, L, ML): Unit of measure (UM) of stock (PC, KG, G, L, ML)

StockVAT%: The percentage of VAT applied to the stock

StockTags (tag1, tag2): The stock tag (s); for more details about them, click here.

IMPORTANT: When you load a list of products that also contains stocks, typos may infiltrate (for any small difference in the editing of a stock, a new one will be created). Therefore, we recommend that you enter them manually in the recipes and in the Management application. You will receive the following warning message when you upload a recipe table.

After you have finished filling in the fields in the downloaded file, save it, and then you can import the filled table into your Ebriza account using the Upload button, then click Ok.
