How to add products in custom configurations on the Product Display page.

If you have added a new product to * Configuration, but it does not appear in your display on the Ebriza POS application, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your administration account and access the Configuration section, then go to the Product Display page (for more information on how to use the product display, click here).

2. Click the arrow next to the default configuration, named Nomenclator.

Attention: The "Nomenclator" configuration automatically contains all the categories and products in the company and is the one that appears by default in the Ebriza POS application only if you do not have other configurations created besides it. In the new configurations, the categories or products configured in Ebriza will not appear automatically, they must be added manually.

3. If you see New Configuration or other configurations with other names here, you will need to click on each one and manually add the new product created.

Example: let's say the newly created product is "Hummus sandwich":

a. Click on New Configuration.

b. Enter the category in which the new product was created by clicking on it (eg Sandwiches).

c. Click the Add Product button.

d. A window with all the categories in the company will open and you will have to find the one in which you saved the new product. Ex. "Sandwiches" category, then you have to click on the arrow next to it to open it:

e. After opening the category, you must select the newly created product by checking the box to its left, then click Add.

f. All you have to do is to click the Sync button on the top right, so that the product also appears in the Ebriza POS application.
