Do you only want to stop the cost for a while, not give up Ebriza? For example, you are closing the venue temporarily, off-season, or you are moving to another location and will use Ebriza there too. In that case, do NOT close the account: closing is permanent and deletes all data. Put the account on pause: in Account Settings → Billing, uninstall all installed apps, including the main package (Pro, Premium or Titanium). An account with no installed apps is no longer billed (cost 0). Nothing is deleted: products, sales history, invoices, customers, stock and users remain, and you can still log in to the admin account. When you reopen, reinstall the package from the Marketplace and continue where you left off. Note: when you uninstall the main package, the period from the last payment until the day of uninstalling is billed, and any outstanding amount must be paid.
Do you want to give up only one location, not your entire account? Then you’re not in the right article: you can delete the location yourself from Account Settings → Company, using the three-dot menu at the end of the location row, and the subscription will decrease automatically. The account closure described below applies to the entire account, including all of its locations.
To completely close your Ebriza account you will need to access the Account Settings from your administration account :
The Billing page will open and at the bottom of this page, below the list of all applications installed in your company, you will find the account close button.
IMPORTANT: After confirming your unsubscription, you will no longer have access to your account and all data will be deleted.
We will also invoice the usage period between the last payment and the current time of the unsubscription. The account closes automatically after paying the current subscription.
Before continuing, please make sure you have exported all the data you may need in the future.
Closing cannot be undone. Use it only if you are giving up Ebriza for good. If you are moving or stopping only temporarily, choose the pause described above.
