Every iOS or Android device that has the Ebriza POS app installed must have a license assigned to it. You will set the license the first time you log in to the device.

You benefit from 2 POS licenses for each new location opened in Ebriza. However, these licenses are calculated per account, so you can use them in any location you want. For example, if you have a "warehouse" location and a sales location in Ebriza, you will have a total of 4 free POS licenses, so 4 devices from which you can access the Ebriza POS application and which you can use in any location.

In order to manage the licenses available on your account, all you have to do is log in to your administration account and go to the POS menu on the left.

From the POS Devices Licenses section, you can see the number of licenses included, meaning the ones you receive automatically once you have installed the Premium POS Package (you receive 2 POS licenses / location for free).

For additional licenses, you can manually add / delete as many as you want from the arrows. Don't forget to save the changes at the end.

In the POS Devices section you can see all your devices and what licenses they have assigned. Also from here you can delete the devices you no longer need (if you want to assign a license to another device).

Assign POS licenses to devices

When you log in for the first time on a new device on which you have installed the Ebriza POS application, a window will open asking you to name your device as you wish, it will look like this:

You can use the Ebriza POS application on as many devices as you have active licenses in the administration account.

You can switch devices between them.

Example: To switch devices between them, if you have 2 licenses assigned to 2 devices, for example, an iPad and an Iphone, and you want to log in with an Android tablet, you can delete one of the devices and replace it with your Android tablet, or purchase more licenses from your admin account (as explained above).
