1. Checking mechanical problems:

  • Your cash register has to be plugged in.

  • The network cable has to be inserted in the cash register.

  • The cash register has to be turned ON.

2. The cash register must be in ''CONEXIUNE PC''

From the main MENU we go to Point 6 ''CONEXIUNE PC''

After this we will notice a new icon, which shows us that we are connected to the network

3. We check the Ip of the cash register following next steps:

  • Press ON to exit the menu

  • Go (from arrows) to point 5 Info Report AMEF and press TOTAL

  • Go (from arrows) to point 6 Synthetic Info AMEF and press TOTAL

3.1 No IP found

  • It has no cable or the cable is not working

  • Improperly configurated router ( does not receive IP)

  • Cash Register is not working properly

3.2 The IP has been found:

If the IP was found, we check that it is in the right network
