Stock Management History helps us to track all stock movements that have taken place, they are recorded in real time.

Stock Mangement History can be accessed from the Stock Management application, from the section entitled History:

In History we have predefined search filters at the top of the page, which help us, by clicking on any of them, to search the history after a certain stock move.

The stock movements recorded in the history are: Sale, Input, Reset, Inventory, Input / Output Transfer, Consumption Voucher, Input / Output Production. Voucher canceled, Protocol, Donation.

For an even more detailed search, we need to click on the magnifying glass icon at the top right of the page.

Thus, we can search by the name or SKU code of a stock and / or a stock move.

We can filter your search over a specific time period, as well as over a specific location.

Accessible options for every stock move

There are edit / delete / view options on each stock move, depending on its type. The options are accessible from the 3 dots on the right of the row.
